Early Voting Officials are trained to carry out the duties associated with each functional area in Early Voting sites. Based on the site's specific needs, bilingual Early Voting Officials (Spanish, Chinese, Polish, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Gujarati, and Urdu) may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of the City of Chicago or Cook County.
- Must be a registered voter in the City of Chicago or Cook County.
- Must complete all scheduled training classes.
- Must be available to set up the Early Voting Site on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
- Must be available to work every scheduled workday during the Early Voting period, including Election Day.
- Must be available to work at the Vote Center on Election Day.
Scheduled Days & Hours:
- Saturday, October 19, 2024, 9:00am to 3:00pm - Early Voting Site Set-Up Day
- Monday, October 21 – Monday, November 4, 2024
- Monday - Friday - 8:30am and depart at 7:00pm (or until the election process is complete)
- Saturdays - 8:30am and depart at 6:00pm (or until election processing is complete)
- Sundays - 9:30am and depart at 5:00pm (or until election processing is complete)
- Tuesday, November 5, 2024 Election Day Vote Center
- 5:00am and depart at 8:00pm (or until election processing is complete)
Limited positions available at the Supersite location at 191 N. Clark St. beginning Thursday, October 3, 2024.
Supersite Scheduled Days & Hours:
- Thursday, October 3, 2024 – Sunday, October 27, 2024
- Monday - Friday - 8:30am and depart at 7:00pm (or until the election process is complete)
- Saturdays - 8:30am and depart at 6:00pm (or until election processing is complete)
- Sundays - 9:30am and depart at 5:00pm (or until election processing is complete)
- Monday, October 28, 2024 – Monday, November 4, 2024
- Monday - Friday - 8:30am and depart at 8:00pm (or until the election process is complete)
- Saturdays - 8:30am and depart at 6:00pm (or until election processing is complete)
- Sundays - 9:30am and depart at 5:00pm (or until election processing is complete)
